GateSetu

For plant owners in India

Know every truck that left your gate. Every night. On WhatsApp.

AI Enabled Camera Tracking System

One camera at the gate. Counts every truck in and out, reads the plate, sees loaded or empty.

A report on your WhatsApp every night, and an instant photo when a truck moves after hours.

Works without internet for days. Works in Marathi, Hindi and English. No staff login, no data entry.

GateSetu Today screen on a phone: 19 loaded trucks out, 25 came in, 2 out empty, 4 load unknown, with a 24-hour camera coverage bar showing one gap

The register is written by the same staff you are trying to check

Your only record of what left the plant is the gate register. Whoever writes it can also leave a truck out of it. You find the gap months later in the stock, if at all. GateSetu gives you a second number that nobody on site can edit.

What you get on WhatsApp every night

At the time you choose, every owner of the plant gets one message. Thirty seconds to compare with the bill book.

The count
Trucks in, out loaded, out empty, and how many the camera could not judge. Never a guess.
The photos
Every truck whose plate could not be read gets its photo in the message, so you can recognise it yourself.
The odd ones
A truck that left loaded without loading here. A plate that made six trips when it usually makes two. A vehicle only ever seen at night.
The honesty line
If the camera was off for a power cut, the message says so with the times. You never get an incomplete count shown as complete.

And instantly, any time

Truck after hours
A loaded truck at 2:14 at night: photo on WhatsApp and a push on your phone within a minute of the link being up. Reply “Seen” or “Not tonight”.
Camera trouble
Lens covered, camera turned, lens dusty, box offline: one message in plain language. A power cut is reported as a power cut, not as tampering.

How it works, in three steps

  1. 1

We mount one camera at your gate

A 4K camera on a pole beside the lane, a small fanless box, a 4G router with our SIM, and a battery. Our technician does it. You do nothing daily.

  2. 2

    The box watches every truck

It sees the direction, reads the plate, looks into the tipper bed to judge loaded or empty, and pairs the entry with the exit. It keeps working for a week without internet.

  3. 3

You get the report on WhatsApp

One message every night, instant alerts for after-hours trucks and camera trouble, and an app to see every photo and every day.

Why owners trust the number

Nobody can edit it
Every movement is written once and chained to the previous one with a SHA-256 hash. Not staff, not you, not even our support team can change a record afterwards.
Honest about blind spots
Battery gone in a long power cut? The report says “camera was off 02:10–05:40”. A truck the camera could not judge is counted as “unknown”, never guessed.
Works without internet
Everything is stored at the gate first and synced when the 4G link returns. Seven days of buffer. The cloud is never in the path of the picture.
No staff login, ever
Nobody at the site enters anything. Only the owner logs in, with a WhatsApp OTP. Support actions by Aariko are logged and visible to you in the app.
Your language
Marathi, Hindi or English, chosen per plant. The WhatsApp message, the alerts and every screen of the app.
Any phone
iPhone or an ₹8,000 Android. The app is small, loads thumbnails first, and shows the last week even when your signal is gone.
